Everything you need to know about AMINOSPX order processing, dispatch, tracking and delivery across Australia.
This Shipping Policy explains how Aminospx processes, dispatches and delivers orders. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Aminospx currently ships within Australia only. International shipping is not available, and orders must be placed using an eligible Australian delivery address.
We deliver across Australian states and territories, including eligible PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by AusPost.
All orders are sent via AusPost Express. Delivery to major metropolitan areas, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide, typically takes 2-3 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote locations may require additional delivery time.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, public holidays, weather events and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Processing times may vary during peak periods, public holidays or where additional order verification is reasonably required.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next available business day.
Once an order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the email address and delivery information supplied with their order are accurate.
Aminospx uses AusPost Express for Australian deliveries.
A flat shipping fee of $14.95 applies to orders below the free-shipping threshold.
Orders over $300 qualify for FREE AusPost Express.
Applicable shipping charges and any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.
Every Aminospx order is carefully packed to protect product integrity throughout domestic transit. Products are supplied in sealed, clearly labelled vials and secured within protective packaging to minimise movement and exposure during delivery.
Outer shipping packaging is plain and discreet, with no external identification of the products contained within.
Please note: Lyophilised material can occasionally crack, fragment or become loose within the vial during transportation. This does not compromise the integrity of the lyophilised material and is considered a normal variation in the physical appearance of a freeze-dried product.
Tracking information will be provided by email once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking progress and any delivery updates provided by AusPost.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact Aminospx so we can assist with an investigation.
Where permitted by AusPost, a parcel may be left at the nominated delivery address in accordance with the delivery instructions and carrier requirements.
Customers should ensure the nominated delivery location is accurate, secure and suitable for receiving the shipment.
Where a parcel cannot be safely delivered, AusPost may redirect it to an appropriate collection location in accordance with its delivery procedures.
Customers may provide relevant delivery instructions during checkout where this functionality is available.
While reasonable delivery instructions may be passed to the carrier, Aminospx cannot guarantee that all requests will be followed. Final delivery procedures are determined by AusPost.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and ensuring the nominated delivery address is suitable for receiving the order.
Additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information, address changes or re-delivery requests may be payable by the customer where applicable.
Customers should monitor tracking information after dispatch and arrange collection or receipt of their parcel where required.
If a shipment is believed to be lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, please contact Aminospx as soon as reasonably practicable with your order number and any relevant supporting information or photographs.
Each matter will be assessed individually and, where appropriate, investigated with AusPost.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically indicate that an order has been lost.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where an issue arises with an order, Aminospx will work with the customer to determine the appropriate response in accordance with applicable law and our Refund Policy.
All products supplied by Aminospx are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific and in vitro research purposes.
Products should be appropriately stored and handled following delivery in accordance with the applicable product information and laboratory research requirements.
Products are not for human or animal consumption.
Aminospx may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our shipping services, operational requirements or applicable policies.
The latest version published on the Website will apply from its stated effective date.
