Certificates of Analysis and supporting quality documentation are published where available and may not be available for every Product at all times.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any applicable taxes will be displayed at checkout where required by law.
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when AMINOSPX accepts the order and issues an order confirmation.
AMINOSPX reserves the right to decline or cancel any order where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws or where there are reasonable grounds to believe the Products may be acquired or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended research purpose.
The Customer warrants that Products are acquired solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific and in-vitro research purposes and will not be used in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Bank transfer orders may be cancelled if unpaid after seven days.
Shipping is available to Australian addresses unless otherwise stated. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Products and Website content are supplied “as is”.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
