The Customer warrants that Products are acquired solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical, scientific and in vitro research purposes and will not be used in any manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
The Customer further warrants that information supplied when placing an order is accurate and that the purchase and possession of the Products complies with applicable requirements within their jurisdiction.
Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
Bank transfer orders may be cancelled if unpaid after seven days.
Aminospx currently ships within Australia only.
Orders are dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Available shipping services, charges, delivery information and applicable free-shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

This includes responsibility for the selection and use of appropriate laboratory materials, reconstitution solutions or solvents where applicable.
Incorrect preparation, reconstitution, handling, storage or use may affect the condition or suitability of a Product for its intended research application.
Product information, research references and Website content are supplied for laboratory, analytical, scientific and informational purposes.
Research and experimental outcomes may vary depending on methodology, preparation, handling, storage, experimental conditions and other factors outside Aminospx’s control.
Aminospx does not guarantee any particular research, analytical or experimental outcome from the use of a Product.
This section does not limit any rights relating to Products that fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.
Where customer accounts are available, customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for providing accurate account information.
Customers should notify Aminospx promptly if they become aware of unauthorised access to or use of their account.
We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, customers or Aminospx from suspected misuse, fraud or security risks.
