Overview
CJC-1295 No DAC, commonly known as Modified GRF (1–29), is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue derived from the biologically active region of human Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone (GHRH).
Engineered for greater resistance to enzymatic degradation while retaining GHRH receptor interaction, it differs from CJC-1295 DAC by omitting the albumin-binding Drug Affinity Complex (DAC). This results in a shorter-acting research profile and provides a defined experimental model for exploring GHRH receptor signalling, peptide stability, pulsatile endocrine communication and hypothalamic-pituitary signalling.
